Background:
Pinnacle TD was founded, in Durban, in the early 2000s, by former teacher, Tracey Norton to provide specialist skills development and employment equity services to clients.
Today the Pinnacle TD team provide a range of innovative recruitment and staff development services to clients across South Africa.

Tracey Norton
Director, Trainer, Coach, SDF and Assessment Specialist.
Tracey has a degree in Education and Psychology and has spent the last 20 years working in skills development, training and employee optimisation.

Mariana Dreyer
Pinnacle TD Operations Manager, Trainer, SDF, Material Developer, Assessor & Moderator
Mariana joined Pinnacle Training & Development in 2019 bringing with her, her vast experience of the manufacturing environment.

Abri Dreyer
Systems Developer (Techie Dude), Trainer and SDF
Abri loves simplifying processes and systems and is happiest creating a new process or system that will make our lives, or those of our clients, easier!

Shayne Govender

Shayne combines a warm, solution-focused customer service approach with a love for creating systems and processes that improve productivity. He and Abri frequently work together!

Abigail Griffiths
Training Coordinator, Administrator & Events Coordinator
Abi joined Pinnacle Training and Development in 2008 and is the backbone of learner administration and service provider liaison for many of our clients.

She obtained an Education, Training and Development (ETD) (NQF 6) Diploma from the Rand Afrikaans University and she is a qualified Assessor and Moderator.
Mariana has a history of ±25 years working with different manufacturing industries. She began working for a Training Board and later for a SETA, firstly as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and then as Regional Manager for KZN. She also worked in a factory environment where she established and managed a fully accredited training school. She is passionate about training and development and is a dedicated Facilitator with very strong work ethic.
